Vera Kreyman
Piano & Theory Teacher
Vera was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia and started studying classical guitar at the age of 4. She completed 2 years in music at Mussorgsky College, where she studied the piano and classical guitar with E. Larionov.
She continued here studies and teaching in Canada in 1997 and completed a three-year program at Mohawk College where she studied classical guitar under Jonathan Earp. During that time she completed courses at Royal Conservatory of Music and graduated with honors.
In 2001 she graduated from McMaster University where she studied classical guitar under Jeffery McFadden. She has been teaching and performing in Canada since 1997.
She enjoys teaching piano, theory and classical guitar to students of all ages and has the ability to create a friendly environment for younger children to encourage their interest and confidence. She also teaches sight reading and theory.
