Elizabeth Wallace

Double Bass Teacher

Ms. Wallace studied at The Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto with the former TSO principal bass, Tom Monahan, and privately with virtuoso Gary Karr. She has performed as Assistant Principal Bass with the Atlantic Symphony and CBC orchestras in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As a member of the Atlantic Camera Trio, Elizabeth has performed at provincial and national functions including Royal Family visits. Presently Principal Bass with the Brampton Symphony Orchestra and the Oakville Symphony Orchestra. This orchestra employs a core of ten professional musicians, among them Ms. Wallace. Throughout each season our professionals coach and prepare the members to deliver a high standard of performance.

Klaudia’s Music Studio is thrilled to have Ms. Wallace teach students of all levels as of 2008. She is very efficient in her efforts, patient and kind. Her experience brings a great value to our music studio. Ms. Wallace encourages students to start learning this fascinating instrument and can also help the advanced student perfect their skills.
